Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Can you help me install my saber?
We can install it for you, but unfortunately, we can't provide support for individual DIY projects.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are and what you order. Ready to ship items generally ship in 2-3 business days and take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days.
Pre-order items or items in production will ship upon completion of quality control after arrival. Please check the item description for estimates on production timelines.

Can I cancel / return my order?
Good question! For in-stock items that haven't shipped, we can cancel an order with 10% fee to cover unrecoverable expenses (like Shopify fees, transaction fees).
For ordered services that have NOT been fulfilled (weathering, installation, etc), we can also refund minus 10% to cover fees.
For preorder cancellations, 50% of the order is nonrefundable, because we have used those funds to prepay the shop for the run.
If your order has arrived and you'd like to return it, you have 3 days from delivery to inspect and decide. There is a 20% restocking fee should you decide to return it, but it needs to be in "New", unused condition for any refunds.
